Alex has been a licensed massage therapist since 2000 and is an avid student of both Thai Chi and Kung Fu. His study of these ancient arts has broadened his understanding of the human body, mind and spirit. Alex worked in the physical therapy industry for three years and specializes in Therapeutic Massage, Sports Massage, Traditional Swedish Massage, Thai Massage, Myofascial Release, and Hot Stone massage. Alex also has Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology and a Masters of Science in Education.
Stephanie has been a licensed massage therapist since 2004. She has earned certifications in Prenatal, Infant, Elderly, Frail, Sports Massage, and Reflexology, and Warm Stone Massage. She also practices Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy. She provides therapeutic massages focusing on improving health, reducing pain and relieving stress. Prior to joining our clinic.
Elizabeth has been a licensed massage therapist since 2009. She performs effective massage on Swedish, deep tissue, pregnancy and hot stones. She consults with clients to determine massage needs and special requests. She provides pain relief and relaxation through massage.
Lilly Chan began training in Chinese Traditional healing massage therapy to become a Chinese Orthopedist at age 15 where she was trained in special techniques to treat acute and chronic pain. She completed her undergraduate studies at Shaanxi Training College of Science and Technology in China and earned her first acupuncture certification from Guangdon Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine School. She immigrated to the United States and received her Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Chinese Medicine from South Baylo University in Anaheim, California.
In addition to her formal education, Lilly Chan received additional training in Acupuncture from The Harbor Hospital of Haungpu District in Canton, China and in the wards and outpatient Department of the Architectural Staff and Worker Hospital in Guangdon, China. She has accumulated a wide range of experience in treating acute and chronic pain caused by different diseases, conditions, injuries, and accidents.
Lilly Chan is National Board (NCCAOM) certified as a Diplomate of both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology and holds acupuncture licenses in California, Massachusetts and Texas.
Conveniently located in the heart of Friendswood, Texas we have been providing acupuncture, acupressure, Traditional Chinese Medicine and therapeutic massage, myofascial release to the community since 2008. Our Acupuncturist has decades of training and experience in both China and the United States. Our Massage Therapists are experienced in a variety of techniques including Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Thai Yoga, Reflexology and more.
